Payments & Refunds Policy

1. Payments

All payments for Cyber Helmets training programs, workshops, and services are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

 

We currently accept payments via:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Payments must be completed in full before access to training materials, course seats, or live sessions is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

2. Refund Policy

Cyber Helmets operates a strict no-refund policy. Due to the nature of our offerings (including limited training seats, instructor-led sessions, custom preparation, and access to proprietary materials) all purchases are final. Once a payment is completed, refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • Instructor-led training programs

  • Workshops and live sessions

  • Course seats and certifications

  • Digital training content and materials

We encourage all customers to carefully review the training details before completing a purchase. If you have questions about suitability, scope, or prerequisites, we recommend contacting us prior to payment.

 

3. Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a scheduled training, workshop, or live session — for any reason — does not entitle the participant or organization to a refund or credit.

 

4. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by Cyber Helmets prior to purchase. Verbal agreements or assumptions do not constitute an exception.
